Save your pumpkin seeds and follow these easy instructions:
boil for 10 minutes in salt water
drain and dry
season and shake in a covered bowl
2 t. Olive Oil
Sea Salt and Dill to taste
bake @325 for 10 minutes
(stir every 10 minutes)
